Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner, typically 3-5 business days across India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

In case of delayed/lost shipments, Mercury X will coordinate with the courier partner, but is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Returns are accepted only under our Refund Policy conditions.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns unless the item is defective or wrong.
